October 4
Homeschool Halloween Extravaganza is a free event from 1:30-3 p.m. Join Wilco Outdoor Active Homeschoolers (WOAH) for a homeschooling event at Round Rock Public Library. Families are welcome to this free event from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. in the first-floor meeting room. We will be playing games, creating with arts and crafts, and listening to some monster jams! Please bring some candy/treats for a treat exchange and come dressed in costume (optional). As a bonus, homemade costumes will be eligible to participate in our costume contest. Space is limited so please email Olita Spinks at [email protected] with the subject line “FALL” and the number of people wanting to attend.

Fall Fest/Halloween Fun concert with Wilco Symphony is from 7:30 pm – 8:50 pm. Enjoy a free concert at Prete Plaza with the Wiliamson County Symphony Orchestra.
October 21
Round Rock Operation Blue Santa’s trunk or treat is on Oct 21 from 4-8 p.m. Free, optional $5 donations will be accepted upon entry. Round Rock Operation Blue Santa, in partnership with the Round Rock Police Department, is hosting its 10th annual Trunk-or-Treat event. Get your costumes and load up the kiddos for this FREE walk-thru event! There will be food vendors, music, a haunted house, and activities for the whole family! 2801 N. Mays St.

Halloween Preschool Storytime– free! 10:30 – 11 a.m. and 11:15 – 11:45 a.m. Round Rock Public Library‘s Preschool Storytime is a lively combination of books, movement activities, and songs. For this session, enjoy Halloween-themed books, songs, and activities. Costumes are welcome. It is best enjoyed by children ages 3 – 6, alongside their caregivers. Join us Wednesdays in the Youth Services Program Space (2nd floor).

Babytime Halloween Playtime is on Oct 27 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Round Rock Public Library. Come play! Babies up to 18 months old are invited to come play with their caregivers the last Friday of the month. We’ll fill the Youth Services Program Room (2nd Floor) with toys and creative play activities ready to explore.

Enjoy Halloween-themed books, songs, and rhymes alongside your toddlers and preschoolers. Costumes are welcome! Families with children of all ages are welcome. Children ages 18 months – 6 years old will enjoy it best.

Rockin’ Kids Club: Come-and-Go Halloween Stations (Ages 5+) is from 3:30pm- 5:30pm. Visit Round Rock Public Library for some special Halloween fun. Join us in the second-floor program room to enjoy Halloween stations. This come-and-go activity is suggested for kids ages 5+ with a caregiver. Join us at 3:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Program space.

Fall Fun Festival in Round Rock is on Oct 31 from 9-11:30 a.m. at Old Settlers Park, 3400 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock. Free! Don’t forget to come in costume and bring a canned food item to donate to the Round Rock Food Pantry. There will be carnival games for toddlers and preschoolers, hayrides, snacks, prizes, and fun entertainment for all to enjoy. Old McDonald will be in our park E.I.E.I.O. And on that day, we will have some games E.I.E.I.O. With a petting zoo here and a hayride there. Here a game, there a book, everywhere some fun for all. Come on out to Old Settlers Park E.I.E.I.O. With an OINK, a MOO and a COCK-ADOODLE-DOO, GIDDY UP on over and join Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department for our annual Fall Fun Festival! This years Old MacDonald theme will sure to be exciting for all of our little toddler and preschool farm friends! Farm themed fun activities include carnival games, petting zoo, hayrides, snacks and fun for all to enjoy. Hometown Halloween is Oct 31 from 3-7 p.m. Are you ready for a gleefully, ghoulishly, deliciously good time this Halloween? Come to Hometown Halloween in Downtown Round Rock! We’ve got trick-or-treating with Downtown Round Rock businesses along two blocks of East Main Street, all kinds of giveaways, activities, and interactive experiences along East Main Street, in the Downtowner Gallery, and in Prete Plaza, including a live concert with FreezeFrame!
